how it works

Measure your reach and impact

Work Experience programmes are an interactive, immersive learning experience where students meet your team, complete projects and earn certificates.

Your programme enables you to engage and inspire hard-to-reach groups. Within our student community, 24% say they qualify for free school meals, 60% are female, whilst 14% are of black heritage, 31% of Asian heritage and in total 44% are of minority ethnic heritage.

Comprehensive reporting and tracking will allow you to understand and measure your social impact.

Scale the social value you create

Our comprehensive reporting gives employers a holistic understanding of the students they’ve engaged with.

Bespoke client reports break down your programme’s audience according to key demographic and education data points. It will measure your impact on student confidence, knowledge and planned next steps.

Leverage your impact

Springpod supports employers involved in development to create and report on their impact for section 106 requirements. We provide opportunities for employers to engage and motivate their own team by facilitating volunteering opportunities on our mentoring platform.

Our partner’s employee volunteers are able to provide one-to-one feedback on students' projects or activities, and to answer questions from young people about their industry and career journey.
